  2. Provide high visibility signage including sign hangers with (web address), starburst to draw attention to the signage, and custom QR-Code for smart phone users to view internet content of your listing, including all pictures etc.
  3. Neighbourhood awareness through promotional "Just Listed" brochures, and displayed feature home of the month on my website (front page).
  4. Expose your home to over 10,000 (Jan 31, 2011) licensed Realtors of the Vancouver Real Estate Board and 2894 (Jan 31, 2011) licensed Realtors of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board via: Multiple Listing Service (MLS), computer, hot sheets, and more.
